Jerome Williams isn't a strong option on the hill with his 3-5 record and 5.68 ERA, and he has just one quality start in his last eight. Cincinnati has won three straight, and pounded the Phillies last night with an offense that produced 11 runs. The Phillies' road woes didn't just start this season, as they are 16-39 in their last 55 on the road, and have also been 2-9 in their last 11 following a loss. The Reds are pounding bad teams to the tune of 50-23 in their last 73 vs. a club below .400. Take Cincinnati in this one.
