The Cubs’ fate is similar, but expected. They sit at the bottom of the NL Central with an offense that is even more anemic, producing 3 runs or less 19 times. Halladay has produced a 5-0 mark to the UNDER in his last five road starts as a favorite of -151 to -200. The Cubs are now 33-15-3 to the UNDER in their last 51 at home, with 10 of the last 14 meetings between these clubs playing to the UNDER. Roy Halladay used to be an automatic win. But while his numbers are good, they’re not as good as they have been over the past six years, and the Phillies have dropped five straight Halladay starts.
