The Cubs are 11-4 in their last 15 games and are one of the hottest teams in baseball. The Phillies however, are playing equally well, and this has the look of a close game. The Cubs have 11 losses by a single run this season. The Phillies have built their winning record on the strength of close wins. The Phillies have already accumulated 17 wins on the season by a single run. I like the Chicago Cubs in this one on the run line.
