Arrieta is pitching his best baseball of the season right now as he has won four straight starts and five straight decisions. He now owns a microscopic ERA since June 16 of 0.96. The Phillies have had trouble beating anyone as a road dog, let alone a hot pitcher, as they are 12-44 in their last 56 in this role. Make the play on Chicago.
