Philadelphia at Chicago

Cliff Lee has received a well-earned label as one of the top pitchers in baseball over the last half decade or so. That hasn't translated itself to well on the road over his last 22 road starts, where his teams have now gone just 9-13. The Cubs have some momentum after taking down Roy Halladay yesterday. Matt Garza is certainly capable of matching Lee here at home, inning for inning. Garza has finally gotten comfortable on the Wrigley mound where he has pitched to a 1.54 ERA in his last three home starts. Lee has been at his worst on the road vs. a losing team where the Phillies are 1-5 in his last six, and Phillies have struggled in Chi-town as they have dropped four of their last five in the Friendly Confines. The Cubs get the call.
