Chicago has lost nine straight since no-hitting the Dodgers on June 24 and the Cubs have had trouble themselves, scoring more than two runs just twice in that span. The Cubs scored a total of five runs while getting swept at Cincinnati over the weekend and they couldn't score in the ninth on Sunday with two on and one out in a 3-2 loss to the Reds. Matt Moore will make his fifth start of the season for Philadelphia and he comes off five shutout innings on three hits against the Mets on Friday. Zach Davies has a 5.33 ERA in night games this year and in his last appearance he lasted four innings while giving up two runs and walking three.
