Philadelphia at Atlanta

The Philadelphia Phillies have in the past had a couple good pitchers and a lineup that would put fear in their opponents. The team has reversed their strength, which now resides in one of the best rotations ever assembled, while the offense has begun to decline. The staff has already completed six shutouts and has held 20 opponents to three runs or less through 36 games. The Braves have failed to top the total against very good teams, those over the .600 mark, in their last four tries. Hamels has been highly dependable and consistent on the hill and the Phillies are now 26-9-2 to the UNDER in his last 37 starts. I am backing the UNDER in this one.
