Roy Halladay has been a decade long force on the mound and is not slowing down as indicated by his 1.95 ERA in his first five starts this season. The fact that he is 3-2 isn't anything to do with his pitching, but all about the inept offense of the Phillies that have scored two or less runs in half their games this season. Hansen is certainly capable of matching Halladay inning for inning and in his first five starts this season there has been just a total of 30 runs scored. The Phillies are 25-6 to the UNDER in their last 31 games playing to a total of 6.5 or less, while the Braves have been picture perfect to the UNDER at 7-0 n their last seven at home to a total of 6.5 or less. Hansen is 6-1 to the UNDER vs. Philadelphia while Halladay has pitched to the UNDER at 4-0-1 in his last five vs. the Braves. Play the UNDER.
