Philadelphia at Atlanta

The Philadelphia Phillies have not been a good team for several years, and have not produced an above .500 team since 2011. They are just 40-69 on the season, and the road woes have continued where they are a woeful 17-41 so far this season. They have done well with Aaron Nola, their only reliable starter, but everyone else is just 13-35. Tonight they send Zach Eflin to the mound, and the Phillies own a meager 2-6 mark in his eight starts, allowing a dreadful 6.38 runs per contest. The Braves are still a long way from contending, but have made progress, and have been better than expected.
