Scott Kazmir has struggled so far this season, but the realization is that his struggles won't continue. He gets an opportunity to right the ship against the soft-hitting A's a team he has dominated to the tune of a 7-2 career record and a 2.48 ERA. The Rays are potent at home, and will face a struggling pitcher in Brett Anderson. Anderson has allowed 14 runs in his last nine innings, and his rookie campaign is off to a questionable start. He has yet to prove that he can get big league hitters out. There will be plenty of opportunities for the Rays to produce a lot of runs in this one as the Ray's lineup is producing just shy of six runs per game at home. I like Tampa Bay in this one.
