Oakland at Tampa Bay

Oakland has cooled off a bit after winning 13 in a row, and the Athletics lost their second in three games 4-3 last night at Tampa Bay. Brett Phillips hit a two-run homer in the sixth inning for the go-ahead runs and Oakland has now lost seven of its past 10 games playing on turf. The Rays are 51-22 their past 73 home games and 40-15 as home favorites. Tyler Glasnow had his first bad outing on Friday against Toronto, but he still has a 2.05 ERA and 0.75 WHIP this season in 30.2 innings pithced. Cole Irvin has allowed five runs on 13 hits in 10 2/3 innings on the road this year. Play the Rays.
