Oakland at Tampa Bay

Oakland enters every season with a low payroll but somehow manages to stay competitive despite the lack of spending. The A's will complete their series in Tampa with a matinee getaway game. Oakland has given the Rays everything they can handle taking two of three in the series, losing once in extra innings. Oakland once again is getting good pitching after opening the season 0-2 they have won three of their last four and opponents have scored two runs or fewer in three of the four games. Tampa Bay has not gotten things going thus far and the A's seem to be off and running. This line is way too high and I will back the dog here. Make the play on Oakland.
