Oakland at Seattle

The Seattle Mariners have to win their final series to avoid losing 100 games on the season. They certainly have some solid pitching, but they have to find some bats in the offseason as their lineup is full of holes. They have scored 3 runs or less in 28 of their last 36 games, and not too many will fall into the win column behind that lack of production from the offense. The M’s will face a difficult task against an emerging star on the mound for the A's in Trevor Cahill. Cahill is 17-8 with a 3.08 ERA on the season. He has made nine starts without allowing a run, even though he wasn't even in the rotation until April 30. Also, 18 of his last 24 starts have gone to the UNDER. The Mariners’ solid pitching and lack of offense shows them at 36-15-1 to the UNDER in their last 52 at home. No total appears safe from the under as they are 8-1 to the UNDER in their last nine with a total posted at 6.5 or les. I'll play this one to come up short of the total.
