Oakland at Seattle

Seattle has won five of its last six games while Oakland has lost three of four and playing its seventh road game in a row. The Athletics lost their last two games at Houston by a combined score of 19-4 and they send Andrew Triggs to the mound tonight. Triggs has a 4.70 ERA mostly due to one terrible outing against the White Sox when he didn't make it out of the second inning. The Mariners have won 10 of the last 12 meetings with Oakland and Felix Hernandez has owned the Athletics as Seattle is 31-12 his last 43 starts versus the A's, who have lost six of their last seven meetings at Seattle. The Mariners have won eight of Hernandez's last 11 starts and he has had only one bad outing this season in six starts.
