Oakland will start their season on the road vs. a National League team in the Phillies. These teams have not met since 2019. The Oakland A's spent no money this season to upgrade their team, and a slip back in the standings and record are expected. They also lost Matt Olsen to the Braves, which leaves a big hole in the middle of the lineup. The Phillies now have Harper, Castellanos, Segura, and Gregorious in their lineup, and when you compare that to the A's, there is a huge differential, and I like Aaron Nola on the mound at home as well.
