The Washington Nationals were a disaster last season, but have opened the 2010 season giving fans, management, ownership and players hope that things have turned around. The biggest reason for change has been the pitching. The Nats have shaved over a run off of their bullpen ERA, and add in another half of a run from the starters and this is immediately a much more competitive team. Last year through this date, the Nats had held just 12 opponents to 4 runs or less. This year the number has swelled to 21. They are now 21-8-1 to the UNDER vs. a team with a losing record. I'll go with the UNDER in this one.
