Oakland at Los Angeles

Oakland has certainly made its case as the best team in the West over the last three years. The A's have been Division Champions in the last two years, and currently own the best record in the AL. They will be challenged tonight in facing the Angels' ace Jered Weaver. Weaver is one of the top pitchers as a home favorite in baseball, especially when it is a big divisional game. The Angels are 30-8 in his last 38 starts within the division as a home favorite, including 19-3 in his last 22. Teams have managed just 2.5 runs against the Angels in these games.
