Oakland at Houston

It is a difficult mental spot for a gambler to plunk down some green on the Houston Astros. This is a team that has lost 213 games over the last two years. It is also a team that closed the season a year ago by going 9-8. Bartolo Colon will pitch for the first time after being suspended 50 games for substance abuse, and at an advanced age, and no "help" he could be in trouble here, so I see value on the Astros. Houston has Bud Norris on the mound, and despite pitching for a bad team, he is 18-14 at Minute Maid where he has pitched very well. Go with Houston.
