Oakland at Detroit

These teams are both deeply into rebuilding and will not be a playoff factor this year. Oakland scored nine runs last night which is a severe outlier for this team. That rings true when you look back and see they scored 10 total runs in their previous seven games. The Tigers have struggled offensively all season and the problem persists and growing. Detroit was shut out last night and has now been shut out in three of their last five games. Over their last  11 games, the Tigers have topped the 3-run mark once. They have also scored two or fewer runs in eight of their last nine. Make the play on the UNDER.
