Oakland at Detroit

The Oakland A's looked to be in trouble as they dropped the first two games of a four-game series at home to the Yankees. They came up big by taking the final two games of the series and now head to Detroit after a much-needed day off yesterday. The Tigers have been much better after a horrible start on the season, but they have seen their bats go ice cold in recent games, and they have now dropped three straight as the offense has not generated more than two runs in their last five games. The A's have strong pitching and should be feeling good off a pair of wins, and I like Oakland here in this one. Play the Athletics.
