Oakland at Cleveland

Cleveland continues to surprise as it leads the Central Division with a 14-6 record and the Guardians won again last night 10-2 and Tyler Freeman hit a go-ahead two-run homer and the Athletics were held to six hits. The Cleveland bullpen allowed one run in four innings and it is tied for No. 2 in the majors with a 1.03 WHIP. Logan Allen starts tonight and the Guardians have won three of his four outings and he has a 3.00 ERA and a 1.22 WHIP in two career starts against Oakland. Alex Wood has allowed 15 runs in 16 2/3 innings while walking eight batters for the Athletics. Cleveland has won eight of the past nine meetings. Take the Guardians as a Max Play.
