Oakland at Boston

Jon Lester sure isn't playing like a rookie. He's 4-0 with a 3.06 ERA. Boston absolutely kills right handed pitchers and they face righty Esteban Loaiza here and his 6.99 road ERA. The Red Sox are a heavy favorite here but they win these types of games. They are 18-2 the last two seasons as a home favorite of -175 to -200. Over the past three seasons they are 21-4 at home vs. teams batting under .255 (Oakland's batting .243 and .203 over their past seven games). Boston pounds in 6.0 runs per game at home and 6.1 per game vs. right handed pitchers. Oakland just won't be able to keep up here.
