The Oakland A's are surprisingly over .500 this deep into the season, but it isn't because of their play on the road. The A's are a woeful 6-14 on the road, so it’s hard to see value in a road team that wins 30% of the time, and have them lay a run and a half. When you consider that two of the six have been by a single run, this A's squad would sit at 4-16 laying 1.5 runs on the road. Baltimore's poor mark at home is somewhat misleading as they started the season 1-9 at home, but has a winning record in their last nine here. Oakland, vs. an AL starting pitcher with an ERA of 5.70-6.20, is 1-9 on the runline in their last 19 games. I like Baltimore on the runline.
