Oakland at Baltimore

Baltimore is .500 so far this season and that could be considered a success after last year's disastrous season and John Means will make his first start tonight. Means had a 3.83 ERA in 119 games in his Minor League career and 114 of those were as a starter. This year he has appeared in three games as a reliever and all against the Yankees and he has given up a run on five hits in 5 2/3 innings. The Orioles beat the Athletics 12-4 on Monday while banging out 15 hits and they're up against Brett Anderson, who had a 6.06 road ERA last year. Oakland has yet to win a road game in 2019 and the Athletics are 0-6 in Anderson's last six road starts. Baltimore has won 10 of the last 14 meetings at Camden Yards.
