New York at Oakland

The Yankees were 5-1 in A.J. Burnett's first six starts, and it looked like he was going to have a big year. That all came crashing down. Since those first sixstarts, the Yankees (the winningest team in baseball) have gone just 3-8 in his last 11 starts. He has been bad, and the Yankees pen has been equally bad, as opponents are scoring over 6 runs per game in the 11 starts. Gio Gonzalez has really been a shinning star of late on the Oakland staff. He has allowed just a single run over his last three starts, and the Yankees have had trouble all season against lefthanders. They have a losing road record at 7-8 vs. southpaws. I like Oakland in this one.
