The Yankees' bats have not taken advantage of hitter-friendly Coors Field, as they have been slumping of late. C.C. Sabathia has not pitched with the same velocity since his injury a year ago. And despite respectable numbers, he has allowed more hits than innings pitched, and has served up 7 HRs already on the season. Sabathia has never fared well at Coors where he owns a career 8.81 ERA in two starts. The Yankees are a miserable 8-17 in their last 25 on the road vs. a winning club, and the Rockies are showing signs of life this season at 19-14, have won four straight following a loss, and are always good at home, especially lately where they are 15-6 in their last 21. The Yankees are roughing it out in the Rockies, at just 1-5 in their last six here. Go with Colorado.
