New York bounced back from Friday's loss and defeated the Rockies 6-3 on Saturday as Giancarlo Stanton homered for the fourth time in four games and drove in four runs. Colorado now is 14-33 on the road and destined to finish last in the NL West and the Rockies must face Gerrit Cole today and he is 9-2 with a 2.85 ERA and 1.12 WHIP and the Yankees have won six of his past nine starts, including 6-3 over the Cubs on July 8 when he gave up three runs in five hits in 7 1/3 innings. Chase Anderson is 0-4 with a hefty 6.89 ERA and he has given up 27 runs his past four starts in only 13 1/3 innings pitched and the Rockies lost all four by a combined score of 59-14, which is almost unbelieveable.
