The New York Yankees never seem to get off to a good start. Mark Texieira always struggles early as does A Rod, and as good as they are, they are at their most vulnerable in April. The Red Sox certainly took advantage of the Yankees early last season as they took the first eight from The Bombers. It usually comes down to the Yankees getting their bullpen in order before they take off, and that vulnerability was exploited by the Sox in game one when they overcame a 5-1 deficit to rally for the win. The Yankees were just 3-7 in Burnett's starts as a dog, and the Yanks overall dropped their last four as a road dog. Lester is the league’s best at home where the Sox are 26-4 in his 30 home starts. That says the Red Sox get it done here.
