Livan Hernandez has given the Nats stability in the rotation, having one of his best years. He has been hit hard his last three outings, but facing a Mets team that has produced little offense this season, particularly on the road, should be just what the doctor ordered. He has dominated this Mets lineup to the tune of three runs in three starts covering 20.1 innings of work for an ERA of 1.33. R.A. Dickey has supplied the Mets staff with a pleasant surprise, but it isn't translating to the win column. The Mets behind Dickey in his last nine road starts show just a 2-7 mark. The Mets are struggling to find a winning streak as they are just 2-25 following a win. I'll go with Washington here.
