The Mets are 5-2 in their last seven road games against a left-handed starter and face southpaw Gio Gonzalez, whom they have faced twice this season. Gonzalez has a 5.23 ERA against them. The Mets have won two of the last three games, winning as a dog of +140 and +130, including a 2-0 win here against the Nationals yesterday. Ike Davis is a two-run homer and 17 of his 22 homers have come on the road, most in the NL.
