The Mets have stumbled to a 1-11 mark in their last 12 games. That is, if they aren't playing San Diego where they split four games in New York. They will face a pitcher struggling in a big way in Aaron Harang. Harang had it all going over seven straight starts where he worked 46.2 innings pitching to an ERA of 1.35. He has become unraveled in his last five starts, lasting just a total of 27.2 innings and pitching to an ERA of 6.51. The Mets have a much more reliable starter on the mound in R.A. Dickey, who has gone 16 straight starts without allowing 4 or more runs, pitching the Mets to a 5-1 mark in his last six as an underdog. The Padres struggle at home vs. right-hand pitching where they are 18-39 in their last 57 such games. Take New York here.
