The Philadelphia Phillies are missing some key ingredients to an already declining offense, but one looks at their starting pitcher vs. the Mets and sees the name Cliff Lee, and don't consider that a liability. Lee has earned the reputation for being a top-of-the-rotation pitcher, and rightfully so, but if you’re going to get to him it should be early in the season when he has been highly vulnerable. Lee's teams have opened the past three seasons at 4-5, 1-3, and 1-6 for a combined mark of 6-14. The Mets are swinging hot bats to open the season, and Dickey has led them to a 5-1 mark in his last six starts as a road dog. The Phillies are getting rocked as big home chalk from -151 to -200 where they are 0-7 in their last seven. Play on the Mets.
