The A's dropped 102 games a year ago and may be in for an even bigger dip this year as they are just 3-10 to start the season. They have been shut out 3 times already, while the pitching staff has surrendered 11 runs or more in 5 games. Oakland is allowing an unthinkable 7.7 runs per game. The Met's pitching has allowed 3 or fewer runs in more than half of their games on the season, and have scored 5 or more in more than half as well. The math doesn't look good for Oakland here.
