New York at Miami

Miami lost again yesterday for its 17th loss in its last 21 games and the Marlins are 3-14 their last 17 games against right-handed starters. Also, Miami has lost nine of Dan Straily's last 12 starts and he has allowed 15 earned runs on 29 hits in 16 innings his last three outings. Straily is 2-5 with a 5.74 ERA since the All-Star break and he has an 8.44 ERA in September. New York has won two straight following Sunday's 5-2 victory over the Braves and the Mets have won five of their last seven versus right-handed starters and four of their last five after a win. Matt Harvey has faced the Marlins once this season and gave up two runs on seven hits in six innings. Miami hitters are batting only .230 with a .533 OPS against Harvey. Look for the Marlins' woes to continue, so play the Mets.
