New York at Miami

The Miami Marlins were swept in a three-game set against the Yankees over the weekend, scoring just four runs. Since winning three out of four vs. the Dodgers almost a month ago, Miami has finished .500 or worse in six consecutive series', and now they host a Mets team that's allowing just 3.4 runs per game, fourth in the majors. New York was roughed up by Cincinnati over the weekend but they'll hand the ball to rookie right-hander Tylor Megill (1-0, 2.04 ERA), who is setting the league on fire. His last start, Megill went 5 1/3, allowing just one run on five hits vs. the Braves. Two starts ago, Megill blanked the Jays through six to earn his first Major League win and overall, the Mets are 6-1 when Megill takes the hill. The Marlins are 24-26 at home but they are fading fast. Getting out on the road is just what these Mets hitters need after a disappointing weekend. Take New York to win.
