The New York Mets started the season strong, but have really fallen hard and fast with just three wins in their lst 12 games. This is despite the fact that they will be playing on the road for just the ninth time this season. The wins have not come easy for Miami, but one thing that has improved is the hitting. The Marlins scored 3 runs or less in 16 of their first 18 games, but over the last seven, they have scored 3 runs or more in five games. The Mets have dropped four straight - all at home. Fernandez has allowed 9 runs in nine innings over his last two starts, and the Miami offense has shown some life. Make the play on the home dog, and take Miami.
