The New York Mets may be wishing that they were the team that shifted leagues instead of the Houston Astros. The Mets have gotten nowhere vs. the NL where they are a dismal 23-41 on the season, but have risen high in interleague play, compiling a 7-1 mark on the season vs. AL foes. The White Sox have been playing poor baseball for about a month now at 7-18 over their last 25 games. Chris Sale has continued to be impressive, allowing just 9 runs in his last four starts, but the result has been an 0-4 White Sox record, as the bats have been quiet for quite sometime now. The Mets are 14-3 in their last 17 interleague games, including 8-0 on the road vs. one with a losing record. Got a live dog here, so play on the Mets.
