Mike Pelfrey got out of April with a sparkling 0.69 ERA, but the numbers since then have been very pedestrian at 4.40. Recently, the numbers have been even worse as over his last three starts he stands in with a double-digit ERA. His track record vs. the D-Backs is not much better where he is 0-4 for his career with a 5.22 ERA. That puts a struggling Mets offense in a bad spot as they have generated just 17 runs over their last nine games, less than 2 per contest. The Mets have also been struggling on the road as a dog where they have posted a 20-43 mark in their last 63. The D-Backs are 4-1 in Kennedy's last five starts as a home favorite. I'll ride with Arizona here.
