Minnesota at Seattle

Minnesota is having a good week, winning three in a row and four of seven. They've won three times as a dog, including the last two days here in Seattle, 7-2 and 6-5. The Twins were supposed to have a relatively powerful offense this year and suddenly it's clicking. Miguel Sano launched an upper-deck blast yesterday, Eduardo Nunez drove a ball deep past the foul pole, and Joe Mauer went opposite-field for the second straight night. The Twins are 7-3 against the AL West and face a Seattle squad with a losing home record. Seattle has lost two in a row as favorites of -155 and -220. Throw in a home loss to Oakland, 5-0 as -125 chalk, and it has been another bad homestand. Young starter Taijuan Walker has a 5-7 record at home the last four years. The Twins are 9-3 in the last 12 meetings, winning four straight at Safeco Park, so grab the surging dog again and back Minnesota.
