The Minnesota Twins are looking like a team destined for the bottom of the AL Central and perhaps all of baseball. The Twins, at a paltry 12-27, are projecting to 112 losses as we head for the quarter pole of the season. The news worsens as they take on Seattle, having lost nine straight games by a total of 38 runs, or by over 4 per contest. The light-hitting offense now has to take on one of the league's best in Felix Hernandez. Hernandez has had some tough moments on the road, but the M's are strong with him on the hill at home with a 9-1 record in his last 10 home starts. Overall, his last six starts have resulted in five UNDERs. Liriano takes the hill for Minnesota and all four of his road starts have resulted in UNDERs. The Twins just can't be counted on to score, and are losing by 4+ runs a game in their last nine when facing a top pitcher. This bodes well for Seattle on the runline, and the UNDER in this one.
