Am I crazy going against Johan Santana? Consider that Minnesota has the third worst road record in the majors at 9-24. And this is their tenth straight road game! They are 3-13 after 7 consecutive road games over the past two seasons. It's a lot to overcome. Joel Pineiro is no slouch and went 6.7 innings allowing 3 runs against these Twins on May 28th. Seattle is 9-5 vs. Minnesota over the past three seasons and 2-0 at home. Teams off three or more consecutive wins in a game involving two bad teams (38% to 46%) are 48-22 (69%) over the last 5 seasons. Sure, Johan likely wins this but getting +167 against one of the worst road teams in the league is worth a flyer.
