The Philadelphia Phillies saw their offense in the midst of a colossal struggle. They went through a stretch of 16 games scoring just 29 runs, or averaging less than 2 runs per game. It’s hard to believe that with the talented bats up and down the lineup, but you knew when they broke out it would be big. They have broken out, and in their last four games, they have tallied 32 runs, or 8 per contest. Combine that with one of the top five pitchers taking the hill in Roy Halladay, and the rout is on today in Philly. The Twins sport just a 22-52 mark when a dog of +151 to +200, while the Phillies are 45-21 in their last 66 at home vs. a righthander. I'll go with Philadelphia here.
