It's easy to see why this moneyline is what it is. The home team has Kansas City written across the front of the uniform. KC has been horrible for several years now, but hold on... The Twins are really struggling right now. Cuddyer, Morneau and Hunter went a combined 3-31 in the Cleveland series and the Twins have now scored more than 4 runs just once in 14 games. Boof Bonser has not won in an eternity, with his last win coming nearly two months ago. He has been 0-5 with a 5+ ERA since that last win. The Royals have won four straight at home, winning by a combined score 29-6. Brian Bannister has really emerged and has pitched to a 1.71 ERA in his last three and the Royals are now 8-3 in his last 11 starts. Royals take the opener.
