Liriano has posted seven starts on the season allowing zero runs, and eight times has allowed two or less. He has gotten two of those seven scoreless outings vs. the Tigers this season. Justin Verlander was touched up for 6 runs and 10 hits his last time out vs. the hot Twins’ bats who are 7-0 vs. teams with a winning record in their last seven, as well as 39-12 in their last 51 on grass. The Tigers are not so hot vs. teams with a winning percentage of over .600 as they are just 2-9 in their last 11. I like Minnesota here.
