Minnesota at Cleveland

The Minnesota Twins have a couple of good pitchers at the top of the rotation in Gibson and Hughes, and are actually over .500 when either of those two get the ball. The problems occur when anyone else gets the ball, as they go from an average team to a really poor one. The Twins are giving a look to Trevor May, but thus far he has not had much success at the big league level, carrying the burden of a 1-4 record into this game with a not-so pretty 9.39 ERA. The Tribe is 4.5 games out of the second Wild Card spot, and need to sweep the Twins before taking to the road. The Twins have not done well vs. a winning team, logging a 7-21 ledger in their last 28 against them, including 0-4 behind May.
