Cleveland's schedule has been impossible. They will take on the Twins tonight at home in a game that will be their 42nd straight vs. a winning team. They will face a red-hot Francisco Liriano who is rapidly regaining the form that he had prior to surgery. Liriano has not allowed a run in three consecutive starts, covering 21 innings. Jeanmar Gomez struggled in AAA with an 8-8 mark and a 5.20 ERA, and will hard pressed to hold down a Twins lineup that has produced 82 runs in their last 12 games, leading to a 10-2 mark. That is nearly 7 runs per game, and with Liriano pitching the way that he is, I'll ride Minnesota in this one.
