Minnesota got embarrassed yesterday losing 8-0. I like taking teams to bounce back after losses like that. Their pride will lead them to bringing a top performance today while their opponent can't help but suffer a bit of a let down. Now we can't always back teams in this situation. The pitching matchup has to allow for it and it does in this one. Nick Blackburn held the White Sox to just four hits and one run when he faced them last (final game of last season). Unfortunately, his team couldn't score, allowing the White Sox to proceed to the World Series. Mark Buehrle goes for the Sox and he just isn't the same Buehrle anymore. In 2008 he was 1-3 with a 5.26 ERA vs. the Twinkies. I like Minnesota off the shutout loss here.
