Jackson Holiday singled in the seventh for his first major league hit and scored the Orioles' tiebreaking run. Both teams send struggling pitchers to the mound as the Twins will go with Louie Varland, who got roughed up for six runs against the Dodgers on Tuesday allowing six runs in five innings. Varland gave up three runs in four innings his first start of the season against the Brewers. Cole Irvin has made two starts and allowed nine runs on 14 hits in only 10 innings.
