Milwaukee at San Francisco

San Francisco was not supposed to have the best record in baseball heading into September, but they do. The Milwaukee Brewers have also been a surprise team at 80-52 on the season. I think the Brewers have a huge edge on the mound as well for this one. They are 15-10 in Brandon Woodruff's 25 starts on the season. The Giants lost Jose Quintana for a good part of the season, but he came back for his first start in months, and the Giants got the win but gave up 10 runs in the process. That has been the problem with Quintana all season as his 10 starts have seen opponents score five or more runs in eight of them. The Giants have a losing record on the season as a home dog and have been outscored by one run per game. I like Milwaukee in this one. Play the Brewers.
