Milwaukee at Chicago

The Milwaukee Brewers were shut out by the Chicago Cubs 4-0 in the season opener and I would expect they are salivating to get back on the field as they seek redemption. I like their chances behind Brandon Woodruff. Woodruff has been a lot better than most bettors realize as the Brewers are 19-7 in his last 26 starts. The Cubs turn to Justin Steele, and the Cubs are just 14-19 in his 33 career starts, but worse than that is the opponents are averaging 5.3 runs per game in those starts, and they will be hard-pressed to do the damage needed against Woodruff to win here. Make the play on Milwaukee.
